Hi, I’m Sam Cross.

I’ve spent the past decade behind the camera, telling stories for national brands, universities, and artists—but every once in a while, I get the itch to go back to my roots and make a wedding film. There’s nothing more meaningful than capturing the real moments: your dad struggling to hold it together during the vows, the way your newly-minted spouse looks at you when you aren’t looking, or the voice crack halfway through your maid of honor’s toast.

Through my production company, Owlbear Media, I’ve filmed everything from feature-length documentaries to hospital commercials—but wedding films are where story meets soul. They’re real. They’re emotional. And they deserve to be told cinematically.

My goal? To make wedding films that don’t feel like wedding videos. No awkward posing. No cookie-cutter edits. Just honest storytelling, beautiful visuals, and a film you’ll actually want to watch again.
